The customer can transfer the reserved time no more than twice and no later than 24 hours before the start of the game. Time change is free of charge. The service provider reserves the right not to transfer the reserved time less than 24 hours before the start of the game. In case of cancellation of a paid reservation, the amount refunded is the amount after deduction of payment processing fees. If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the start of the game, the Service Provider reserves the right not to refund the amount paid.
